The Vitamin D Puzzle: A Potential Key to Unraveling Cognitive Decline Research from Emory University suggests a promising link between higher vitamin D supplement intake and stronger cognitive performance in older adults at risk of developing dementia.

The study, published in Sleep Medicine, found that individuals taking at least 5,000 IU of vitamin D daily scored more than 13% higher on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) compared to those who took none.
